Case No. 95-91-GA Neil P. Murphy, P-36536, Southfield, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #78.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective January 24, 1996. Respondent pled no contest to allegations that he failed to disclose a material fact to a tribunal, in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 3.3(a)(1)and(2) and 8.4(a)-(c). The parties stipulated that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $208.42.
