NOTICE OF SUSPENSION (By Consent)
Case No. 96-84-JC Ann E. Zachary, P-42306, Mt. Clemens, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #101.
1) Suspension - 180 days; 2) Effective February 2, 1996. On February 2, 1996, respondent was convicted in Oakland County Circuit Court, by guilty plea, of Retail Fraud - First, in violation of MCL 750.356C. In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent was automatically suspended from the practice of law in Michigan effective February 2, 1996, the date of the felony conviction.
The parties stipulated that respondent be suspended from the practice of law in Michigan for 180 days commencing February 2, 1996, the effective date of the automatic interim suspension. Costs were assessed in the amount of $102.38.
