1) Reprimand; 2) Effective March 7, 1996. Respondent was counsel for the defendant/husband in a divorce matter. The panel found, by a preponderance of the evidence, that during the pendency of the proceedings, respondent engaged in harassing and intimidating conduct toward the plaintiff/wife and engaged in rude, discourteous and threatening conduct toward opposing counsel. Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.2(a); 4.1; 6.5; and 8.4(a)and(c). Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,865.22.
