1) Suspension - ninety (90) days; 2) Effective January 6, 1996. The panel found, by a preponderance of the evidence, that respondent tendered a fraudulent document to the Macomb County Sheriff's Department, and notarized several documents in blank when he was not a licensed notary public. The panel determined that respondent's conduct violated MCR 9.104(2),(3)and (5) and Michigan Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4(b). Costs were assessed in the amount of $495.25.
