1) Reprimand and Probation (2) years; 2) Effective January 31, 1996. Respondent pled no contest to allegations that he was convicted twice of Operating While Impaired and twice of Operating Under the Influence of Liquor/Unlawful Blood Alcohol Level, all misdemeanors, in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4) and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(a)-(c). The parties stipulated that respondent be reprimanded and placed on probation for two years. Costs were assessed in the amount of $105.23.
