NOTICE OF REPRIMAND AND PROBATION (By Consent)
Case No. 95-199-GA Francisco A. Antonelli, P-30635, Lapeer, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board St. Clair County Hearing Panel.
1) Reprimand and Probation two (2) years; 2) Effective January 5, 1996. Respondent pled no contest to allegations that he unlawfully possessed cocaine and engaged in the use of cocaine, in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(5) and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(a)-(c). The parties stipulated that respondent be reprimanded and placed on probation for two years. Costs were assessed in the amount of $80.25.
