NOTICE OF REPRIMAND AND PROBATION (By Consent)
Case No. 95-36-GA Philip L. Dulmage, P-13009, Flint, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Genesee County Hearing Panel #5.
1) Reprimand and Probation One (1) Year; 2) Effective December 19, 1995. Respondent pled nolo contendere to allegations that he filed an untimely answer to a Request for Investigation and failed to comply with an Attorney Grievance Commission subpoena duces tecum, in violation of MCR 9.103(C); MCR 9.104(1)-(4)and(7); MCR 9.113(A)and(B)(2); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.1(b) and 8.4(a)and(c).
The parties stipulated that respondent be reprimanded and placed on probation for one year, subject to conditions including the monitoring of his law practice and continuing legal education in law office management. Costs were assessed in the amount of $84.75.
