NOTICE OF REPRIMAND AND PROBATION (By Consent)

1) Reprimand and Probation - one (1) year; 2) Effective February 21, 1996. Respondent was appointed to represent a defendant in an appeal of three felony convictions. She pled no contest to allegations that she neglected the matter, in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1(a)-(c); 1.3; 1.4(a); 3.4(c); and 8.4(a)and(c).
The parties stipulated that respondent be reprimanded and placed on probation for one year, subject to conditions including continuing legal education in law office management and the monitoring of her law practice. Costs were assessed in the amount of $57.48.
