1) Reprimand; 2) Probation - two (2) years; 3) Both effective December 5, 1995. Respondent was convicted, by guilty plea, of Promoting Sexual Immorality, in violation of 18-7-208 C.R.S. (Colorado), a Class Two Misdemeanor and Possession of More than One Ounce but less than Eight Ounces of Marijuana, 18-18-406 C.R.S. (Colorado), a Class One Misdemeanor, in the County Court, Jefferson County, Colorado.
Upon the filing of the judgment of conviction, the Attorney Discipline Board ordered respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered. Following show cause proceedings held in accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(3), the panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and placed on probation for two years. Costs were assessed in the amount of $407.20.
