NOTICE OF REPRIMAND Case No. 93-128-GA Lance A. Fertig, P-27476, Owosso, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board reducing Tri-County Hearing Panel #51's Order of Suspension for Sixty Days.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective November 11, 1995. The hearing panel found that respondent failed to timely answer a Request for Investigation, in violation of MCR 9.103(C); MCR 9.104(1)-(4)and(7); MCR 9.113(A)and(B)(2); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.1(b) and 8.4(a)and(c). The panel ordered that respondent be suspended from the practice of law for sixty days.
Respondent filed a petition for review. On October 20, 1995, the Attorney Discipline Board entered an order reducing discipline to a reprimand. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,328.10.
