1) Reprimand; 2) Effective October 3, 1995. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator stipulated to the entry of an order of reprimand based upon the respondent's plea of no contest to allegations that he traded a corporation's stock based on material non-public information that the corporation's board of directors, of which he was a member, had authorized the corporation's president to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Respondent's conduct was alleged to be in violation of MCR 9.104(2)-(5) and Canon 1 of the then-applicable Code of Professional Responsibility, DR 1-102(A)(4). Costs were assessed in the amount of $56.42.
