NOTICE OF REPRIMAND WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)
Case No. 94-75-GA Lawrence R. Greene, P-14336, Detroit, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #64.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective October 17, 1995. Respondent was retained to represent a defendant on drug related criminal charges in Florida and Michigan. Respondent pled no contest to allegations that while representing the defendant, he agreed to represent the defendant's wife in a divorce proceeding.
Respondent's conduct was alleged to be in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.6(b)(2); 1.7; 1.8(a)and(b); and 8.4(a)and(c).
The parties stipulated that respondent be reprimanded and take a law office management class. Costs were assessed in the amount of $443.13.
