1) Suspension - thirty (30) days; 2) Probation - two (2) years; 3) Both effective September 29, 1995. Respondent pled nolo contendere to charges that he failed to answer a Request for Investigation, in violation of MCR 9.103(C); MCR 9.104(1)-(4)and(7); MCR 9.113(A)and(B)(2); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.1(b) and 8.4(a)and(c). Respondent also acknowledged his failure to comply with the Order of Reprimand and Probation entered in Case No. 93-110-GA.
The parties stipulated that respondent be suspended from the practice of law in Michigan for thirty days, and that he be placed on a new, two-year term of reporting probation subject to certain conditions. Costs were assessed in the amount of $70.81.
