NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)

Case No. 94-155-GA Eugene E. Sordyl, P-20790, Flint, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Genesee County Hearing Panel #3.

1) Reprimand; 2) Effective August 1, 1995. Respondent was retained to probate an estate and was appointed its personal representative. He admitted that he neglected the estate and failed to keep in reasonable communication with its heirs.

Respondent was retained to probate another estate and was appointed its successor independent personal representative. He admitted that he neglected the estate and failed to maintain communication with its heirs.

Respondent's conduct was admitted to be in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1(a)- (c); 1.2(a); 1.3; 1.4; 3.2; and 8.4(a)and(c).

Costs were assessed in the amount of $100.49.
