NOTICE OF SUSPENSION WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)
Case No. 95-109-GA Frank M. Frontczak, P-29184, Warren, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #102.
1) Suspension - thirty (30) days; 2) Effective July 1, 1995. Respondent was appointed to represent defendant in a criminal appellate matter. He pled no contest to allegations that he neglected the matter and filed conflicting affidavits with the Michigan Supreme Court, one or both of which he knew, or should have known, contained inaccurate information.
Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1(c); 1.2(a); 1.3; 1.4; 3.2; and 8.4(a)and(c).
The parties stipulated that respondent be suspended from the practice of law for thirty days effective July 1, 1995, and that his law practice be monitored for a period of one year following his reinstatement. Costs were assessed in the amount of $41.18.
