1) Revocation; 2) Effective June 21, 1995. Respondent was convicted of the following separate misdemeanors: Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle in violation of MCL 750.414; Stalking in violation of MCL 750.411(h); Breaking and Entering Without Owner's Permission in violation of MCL 750.115; and Disorderly Person Drunk in violation of MCL 750.1671E. Respondent also failed to answer the Grievance Administrator's Request for Investigation.
Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.103(C); MCR 9.104(1)-(5)and(7); MCR 9.113(A)and(B)(2); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.1(b) and 8.4(a)-(c).
Costs were assessed in the amount of $287.48. NOTE: Respondent has been suspended from the practice of law continuously since March 10, 1989.
