NOTICE OF SUSPENSION (By Consent)
Case No. 95-129-GA R. Robert Lynn, P-16896, Ferndale, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #83.
1) Suspension - 180 Days; 2) Effective April 3, 1995. Respondent was suspended from the practice of law in Michigan for a period of 180 days and until further order, effective November 9, 1994. [See Notice of Suspension with Conditions dated November 9, 1994.] Respondent pled no contest to allegations that he requested and received a $250 retainer fee during the period of his suspension and failed to promptly return the fee, in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4) and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.5(a); 1.15(b); and 8.4(a)-(c).
The parties stipulated that respondent be suspended from the practice of law in Michigan for a period of 180 days retroactive to April 3, 1995. Costs were assessed in the amount of $59.48.
NOTE: Respondent has been suspended from the practice of law in Michigan continuously since November 9, 1994.
