Case No. 94-206-JC Dragan Stojanov, P-34936, Dearborn Heights, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #30.
1) Suspension - 179 days; 2) Effective May 23, 1995. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline pursuant to MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the hearing panel and the Attorney Grievance Commission.
Respondent was convicted in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, by guilty plea, of violating 26 USC 7207 by issuing a Fraudulent Document, a misdemeanor.
Costs were assessed in the amount of $62.02.
