1) Reprimand; 2) Effective February 28, 1995. The hearing panel found, by a preponderance of the evidence, that respondent made an unintentional misrepresentation in an answer to a Request for Investigation.
Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.103(C); MCR 9.104(1) and (4); MCR 9.113(A); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(c).
Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,426.87.
