1) Suspension - 179 days; 2) Effective March 30, 1995. The panel found that respondent filed a frivolous lawsuit against a former client (the complainant in ADB Case Nos. 91-228- GA; 91-268-FA), in violation of Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 3.1; 3.4(c); and 8.4(a)and(c).
The panel ordered that respondent be suspended from the practice of law in Michigan for a period of 179 days effective March 30, 1995, to run concurrently with the suspension ordered in Case Nos. 91-228-GA; 91-268-FA.
Costs were assessed in the amount of $577.25.
