NOTICE OF SUSPENSION WITH CONDITIONS Case No. 93-268-GA R. Robert Lynn, P-16896, Ferndale, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #66.

1) Suspension - 180 days; 2) Effective November 9, 1994. Respondent represented the plaintiff/husband in divorce proceedings. During the course of the representation, the defendant/wife went to respondent's office to obtain a copy of the complaint for divorce and to acknowledge service of process. The hearing panel found that respondent's conduct toward the woman, which included numerous comments of a sexual nature and nonconsensual physical contact, constituted violations of MCR 9.104(2)-(4).

In a separate matter, a woman went to respondent's office to have him notarize a legal document. The hearing panel found that respondent's conduct toward the woman, which included numerous comments of a sexual nature and nonconsensual physical contact, constituted violations of MCR 9.104(2)-(4).

The panel ordered that respondent be suspended from the practice of law for 180 days and that any petition for reinstatement be accompanied by a mental status examination. The panel further requested that any petition for reinstatement be assigned to the same panel. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,014.98.
