1) Reprimand and Probation - one (1) year; 2) Effective September 23, 1994. On December 17, 1993, respondent was convicted in the 18th Judicial Circuit Court, by guilty plea, of Use of Cocaine in violation of MCL 333.7411; MSA 14.15(7411), a misdemeanor.
In accordance with MCR 9.120(B), upon the filing of the Judgment of Conviction the Attorney Discipline Board entered an order directing respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered. Following the show cause proceedings, the hearing panel entered an Order of Reprimand and Probation.
Costs were assessed in the amount of $194.37.
