NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)
Case Nos. 93-125-GA; 93-163-FA R. Earl Selby, P-30058, Bay City, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Genesee County Hearing Panel #2.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective July 23, 1994. Following a hearing on misconduct, the panel found professional misconduct as alleged in Count Two of Formal Complaint 93-125-GA, to wit: Respondent failed to timely answer a Request for Investigation, in violation of MCR 9.103(C); MCR 9.104(1)- (4)and(7); MCR 9.113(A)and(B)(2); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.1(b) and 8.4(a)and(c). The panel dismissed Count One of Formal Complaint 93-125-GA and Formal Complaint 93- 163-FA.
Thereafter, the respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline pursuant to MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the hearing panel and the Attorney Grievance Commission.
Costs were assessed in the amount of $374.75.
