1) Suspension - 180 days; 2) Effective August 20, 1994. The respondent's license to practice law was suspended by an order Tri-County Hearing Panel #108 entered July 19, 1994. The respondent filed a timely petition for review. Her petition for stay of discipline was denied by the Attorney Discipline Board and the suspension became effective August 20, 1994. On October 13, 1994, the Board entered an order granting the Grievance Administrator's motion to dismiss the respondent's petition for review for failure to comply with the brief requirements in the Board's order to show cause issued in accordance with MCR 9.118. The hearing panel order and restitution is deemed to be a final order.
