1) Reprimand; 2) Effective May 11, 1994. Respondent was censured (reprimanded) by the Supreme Court of Arizona on December 22, 1993. The Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Arizona found that respondent entered into a prohibited business transaction with clients, in violation of DR 5- 104(A) and Rule 1.8(a).
In accordance with MCR 9.104, the panel found that there was adequate proof of an adjudication of misconduct in disciplinary proceedings against respondent by the Supreme Court of Arizona; that respondent had been offered due process in the Arizona proceedings; and that it would not be inappropriate to impose identical discipline in Michigan.
Costs were assessed in the amount of $77.54.
