1) Suspension - 120 days; 2) Effective February 4, 1994. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline pursuant to MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the hearing panel and the Attorney Grievance Commission.
Respondent pleaded guilty on August 4, 1993 in the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan to one count of Wilful Failure to File an Income Tax Return in violation of 18 USC 7203.
Costs were assessed in the amount of $200.30.
