NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)
Case No. 93-175-GA Richard A. Kulics, P-29952, Birmingham, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #78.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective December 9, 1993. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline pursuant to MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the hearing panel and the Attorney Grievance Commission.
Respondent admitted that he continued to operate a motor vehicle in Michigan notwithstanding the suspension of his Michigan Driver's License on April 7, 1987; failed to comply with judgments of the court; failed to appear in court on several occasions as directed by the court; and was convicted of driving while license suspended on April 12, 1993.
Respondent's conduct constitutes professional misconduct in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(5); and the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct, 3.4(c) and 8.4(a)-(c).
Costs were assessed in the amount of $68.65.
