NOTICE OF REVOCATION Case No. 94-63-JC Owen Patrick O'Neill, P-25734, Detroit, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board affirming Tri-County Hearing Panel #32's Order of Revocation.

1) Revocation; 2) Effective December 23, 1993. On December 23, 1993, respondent pled guilty in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, Oakland County, Michigan, to one count of armed robbery in violation of MCL 750.529. In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent's license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended effective December 23, 1993, the date of the felony conviction. Upon the filing of a certified copy of the judgment of conviction, the Attorney Discipline Board entered an order directing the respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered.

On July 8, 1994, the panel entered an order of revocation, effective December 23, 1993, the effective date of the automatic interim suspension. Respondent filed a petition for review. On February 16, 1995, the Attorney Discipline Board entered an order affirming the hearing panel order of revocation. Respondent filed an application for leave to appeal. On November 29, 1995, the Michigan Supreme Court entered an order denying the application for leave to appeal.

Costs were assessed in the amount of $212.08. NOTE: Respondent's license to practice law in Michigan has been suspended continuously since September 6, 1989. See Notice of Suspension dated September 7, 1989.
