NOTICE OF REPRIMAND WITH CONDITION (By Consent)
Case No. 93-96-JC William B. Richards, P-28929, Lansing, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Ingham County Hearing Panel #6.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective November 5, 1993. Respondent pled no contest in the 56-2 District Court to the misdemeanor offense of Telephone Harassment contrary to MCL 750.540e(1)(e).
The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline pursuant to MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the hearing panel and the Attorney Grievance Commission.
The reprimand is subject to the express condition that respondent shall not further harass, nor have any contact, except contact necessitated by professional obligations, with the complainant in the 56-2 District Court Case.
Costs were assessed in the amount of $2.52.
