NOTICE OF AUTOMATIC INTERIM SUSPENSION

Paul Zyburski, P 41488, Mt. Clemens, Michigan.

Effective March 8,2019.

On March 8, 2019,r espondent was convicted of aiding and abetting a co-defendant in the crime of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, in violation of 18 USC §2; and distribution of the same, a felony, in violation of 21 USC §841(a), in a matter titled United

States ofA merica v Paul Zyburski, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Case NO.3: 18-cr-20348. In accordance with MCR 9.120(8)(1), respondent's license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on the date of his felony conviction.

Upon the filing of a certified judgment of conviction, this matter will be assigned to a hearing panel for further proceedings. The interim suspension will remain in effect until the effective date of an order filed by a hearing panel.
