NOTICE OF REINSTATEMENT Case No. 92-324-RP Evan H. Callanan, Jr., P-30564, Plymouth, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board affirming Tri-County Hearing Panel 129's Order of Reinstatement. 1,) Reinstated; 2) Effective November 16, 1993.* Petitioner's license to practice law in Michigan was revoked effective September 1, 1983. His petition for reinstatement filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124.was granted by Tri-County Hearin.g Panel 129, which concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with the g~idelines of those court rules. Petitioner complied with the requirements of the order of reinstatement on November 16, 1993. Costs were asses~ed in the amount of $1856.20. The Grievance Administrator filed a petition for review. The Administrator's petition for stay of reinstatement was denied. On September 29, 1994, the Attorney Discipline BO'ard entered an order affirming the panel's order of reinstatement. The Administrator filed an application for leave to appeal. On November 7, 1995,' the Michigan Supreme Court remanded the matter to the Board for reconsideration in light of the Court's decision in In re Petition . fo.r Reinstatement of Robert McWhorter, 449 Mich 130 (1995). On March 8, 1996, the Board entered a second order affirming the panel's order of reinstatement. The Administrator filed a second application for leave to appeal, which was denied by the Court in an order entered March 25, 1997.
