1) Revocation; 2) Effective September 3, 1993. The Grievance Administrator and the respondent submitted a stipulation for consent order of revocation which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and approved by a panel in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The respondent entered his plea of no contest to charges that between the years of 1987 and 1993 he engaged in the sexual harassment of seven female clients through the use of lewd and offensive comments or invitations and, in the case of four of those clients, through the use of uninvited touchings. The respondent's conduct was alleged to be in violation of MCR 9.104(1-5), the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(a-c) and the Michigan Penal Code MCL 750.520(e).
Under the terms of the stipulation filed September 20, 1994, the revocation of the respondent's license was entered retroactively to September 3, 1993. Costs were assessed in the amount of $6.41.
