NOTICE OF SUSPENSION Case No. 93-71-JC Alan D. Tenniswood, P-46297, Detroit, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #18.

1) Suspension - five (5) years; 2) Effective September 22, 1993. Respondent pleaded guilty on April 6, 1993 in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan to one count of Mail Fraud in violation of 18 USC 1341. In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent's license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended effective April 6, 1993, the date of the felony conviction. Upon the filing of the judgment of conviction, the Attorney Discipline Board entered an order directing the respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered.

On January 13, 1994, the hearing panel entered an order suspending respondent's license to practice law in Michigan for a period of five years effective September 22, 1993, the date of the disciplinary hearing.

Costs were assessed in the amount of $116.02.
