NOTICE OF TRANSFER TO INACTIVE STATUS PURSUANT TO MCR 9 .121(B) (By Consent)

Case No. 18-92-GA Notice Issued: March 6, 2019

Mark Pritzlaff, P 69287. East Lansing. Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board's Ingham County Hearing Panel #5.

Transfer to Inactive Status, Effective March 6,2019.

The Grievance Administrator filed Formal Complaint 18-92-GA, which charged that respondent committed acts of professional misconduct warranting discipline. The Grievance Administrator and respondent filed a Stipulation to Transfer to Inactive Status Pursuant to MCR 9.121 (B) on January 24, 2019, stating that respondent is currently unable to continue the practice of law because of his medical incapacity and contains respondent's stipulation to the entry of an order transferring him to inactive status. The stipulation further contains the parties' agreement to dismiss the formal complaint without prejudice.

On March 6, 2019, Ingham County Hearing Panel #5 issued an order transferring respondent's license to inactive status pursuant to MCR 9.121 (B) for an indefinite period and until further order of the Board.
