NOTICE OF REVOCATION Case No. 93-144-JC Wesley J. Roberts, P-19510, Warren, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board increasing a hearing panel order of suspension for four years.

1) Revocation; 2) Effective April 14, 1993. On April 14, 1993, respondent was convicted in Recorder's Court for the City of Detroit, by jury verdict, of the following felonies: Conspiracy to commit the crime of uttering and publishing a forged will, in violation of MCL 750.175A; Uttering and Publishing a forged will, in violation of MCL 750.249; Conspiracy to commit the crime of perjury, in violation of MCL 750.175A; and Perjury, in violation of MCL 750.423. In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent's license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended effective April 14, 1993, the date of the felony convictions.

Upon the filing of the judgment of conviction, the Attorney Discipline Board entered an order directing the respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered. On December 6, 1993, Tri-County Hearing Panel #105 entered an order suspending respondent's license for four years, effective April 14, 1993.

The Grievance Administrator filed a petition for review seeking an increase in discipline. In an order and opinion entered on March 29, 1994, the Attorney Discipline Board increased discipline to revocation of respondent's license.

Costs were assessed in the total amount of $287.86. NOTE: Respondent's license to practice law in Michigan has been suspended continuously since February 16, 1993.
