Case No. 93-3-JC Philip M. Van Dam, P21712, Midland, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Bay County Hearing Panel.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective June 4, 1993. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline pursuant to MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the hearing panel and the Attorney Grievance Commission. Respondent was convicted of OUIL and Malicious Destruction of Property under $100.00, misdemeanors, in the 75th Judicial District Court. Costs were assessed in the amount of $10.67.
