NOTICE OF REVOCATION Case Nos. 92-243-GA; 92-269-FA Joseph R. Bathey, P-10537, Detroit, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #31.
1) Revocation; 2) Effective April 1, 1993. Respondent failed to answer the formal complaints and failed to appear at the hearing held in Detroit on November 23, 1992. Respondent's default was entered, and the panel determined that the default established the allegations of the formal complaint.
