Effective November 25, 1992. Respondent's license to practice law in Michigan was automatically sus pended on an interim basis as the result of his felony conviction on September 4, 1991, in accordance with MCR 9.120. (See Notice dated september 12, 1991.) On November 13, 1992, the judge who presided over respondent's trial entered an Order Granting Defendant's Motion for New Trial, which set aside the jury verdict of guilty. On November 25, 1992, the Attorney Discipline Board entered an Order Vacating Interim Suspension ~pro~, and restoring respondent's name to th roster of Michigan attorneys and counselors at law.
