Case No. 91-212-JC Michael E. Tindall, P29090, St. Clair Shores, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #23.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective November 12, 1992. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline pursuant to MCR 9.115 (F)(5), which was approved by the hearing panel and the Attorney Grievance Commission. Respondent admitted that he was convicted of Failure to Pay Use Tax--misdemeanor in violation of MCL 205.108. Costs were assessed in the amount of $82.12.
