Case No. 92-15-JC Solomon E. Goldberg, P14099, Las Vegas, Nevada, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #7.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective August 14, 1992. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline pursuant to MCR 9.115 (F)(5) which was approved by the hearing panel and the Attorney Grievance Commission.
Respondent pled guilty in the Oakland County Circuit Court to one count of attempted larceny under $100, in violation of MCL 750.356-B[Al. Costs were assessed amount of $114.83.
