1) Reprimand; 2) Effective August 19, 1992. The hearing panel found that the allegations of misconduct contained in Counts Three and Six of Formal Complaint 92-111-GA, and Formal Complaint 92-143-FA were established by a preponderance of the evidence. The balance of Formal Complaint 92-111-GA was dismissed.
Respondent failed to answer two requests for investigation and failed to timely answer Formal Complaint 92-111-GA in violation of MCR 9.104(1-4,7); MCR 9.103(C); MCR 9.113(B)(2); and the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.1(b); 8.4(a,c). The panel ordered respondent to attend a legal ethics seminar. Costs were assessed in the amount of $464.47.
