NOTICE OF REVOCATION (By Consent)

Case No. 92-93-GA Reginald L. Norris, P18342, Grand Rapids, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Kent County Hearing Panel #3.

1) Revocation; 2) Effective April 13, 1992. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline pursuant to MCR 9.115 (F)(5), which was approved by the hearing panel and the Attorney Grievance Commission. Respondent pled nolo contendere to the allegations of professional misconduct contained in Count Three of the formal complaint. Counts One and Two were dismissed by stipulation.

Respondent pled nolo contendere to allegations that he practiced law while his license was suspended in violation MCR 9.104(1-4,9); MCR 9.119; MCL 600.916; MCL 450.222(b); and the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct, 5.5(a); 8.4(a-c) Costs were assessed in the amount of $753.21.

NOTE: Respondent's license to practice law in Michigan has been continuously suspended since August 15, 1989.
