1) Transfer to Inactive Status; 2) Effective February 24, 1992. On February 13, 1992, the Conservator of the Estate of Jon H. W. Clark, a Protected Person, filed a copy of an Order entered November 5, 1991 by Wayne County Probate Judge David J. Szymanski in Wayne County Probate File No. 91-857,762.
In accordance with the provisions of MCR 9.121(A), the Attorney Discipline Board has entered an order transferring the respondent to inactive status for an indefinite period effective February 24, 1992.
The pleadings filed on behalf of the respondent by his conservator were filed in response to a formal complaint filed by the Grievance Administrator on January 9, 1992 in Case No. 92-6-GA. All disciplinary proceedings against the respondent which were pending at the time of his transfer to inactive status will be held in abeyance.
