NOTICE OF SUSPENSION (By Consent)
Case Nos. 91-2-GA; 91-21-FA Dennis C. Laesch, P33414, Mount Clemens, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #105.
1) Suspension - thirty (30) days; 2) Effective November 12, 1991. The respondent and the grievance administrator filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline which was approved by the hearing panel and the Attorney Grievance Commission. Respondent offered his admission to the allegations contained in the formal complaints. Respondent failed to answer a request for investigation and failed to answer the formal complaints. Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.104 (1-4,7); MCR 9.103(C); MCR 9.113(B)(2); and the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct, 8.4(a-c). Costs were assessed in the amount of $67.14.
