1) Suspension - two (2) years; 2) Effective November 1, 1991. Respondent failed to answer the formal complaint and failed to appear at the hearing held in Detroit on August 30, 1991. Respondent's default was entered and the panel determined that the default established the allegations of formal complaint 91-138-GA. Formal complaint 91-161-FA was dismissed without prejudice. Respondent failed to answer a request for investigation in violation of MCR 9.104(1-4,7); MCR 9.113(A); MCR 9.113(B)(2); and the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct, 8.1(b); 8.4(a,c). The panel considered respondent's prior disciplinary history in assessing the level of discipline. Costs were assessed in the amount of $124.62.
