1) Suspension - forty-five (45) days; 2) Effective September 14, 1991. Respondent was convicted of the federal misdemeanor of wilful failure to file an income tax return in violation of 26 USC 7203. Following a hearing conducted in accordance with MCR 9.120(A), the hearing panel concluded that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan should be suspended for a period of forty-five days. Costs were assessed in the amount of $472.29.
