NOTICE OF TRANSFER TO INACTIVE STATUS (By Consent)
Case No. 91-83-PI Joseph J. Finkelstein, P24996, Miami, Florida, by the Attorney Discipline Board.
1) Transfer to Inactive Status; 2) Effective July 17, 1991. The respondent is transferred to inactive status under the provisions of MCR 9.121(B) pursuant to a stipulation submitted to the Attorney Discipline Board and the Attorney Grievance Commission. In accordance with stipulation and the applicable court rules, the respondent is transferred to inactive status for an indefinite period of not less than seven (7) years and until further order of the Attorney Discipline Board. Reinstatement of the respondent's license to practice law will be governed by the provisions of MCR 9.121(E). No costs were assessed.
