1) Reprimand; 2) Effective June 26, 1991. Tri-County Hearing Panel #6 concluded that misconduct had been established by a preponderance of the evidence. Respondent engaged in an ex-parte discussion with a judge regarding a pending case in violation of MCR 9.104(4) and the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct, 3.5(b). On June 4, 1991, the panel entered its order of reprimand. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1286.90.
The grievance administrator filed a petition for review seeking an increase in the discipline imposed. On October 18, 1991, the Attorney Discipline Board entered its order affirming the reprimand.
