NOTICE OF SUSPENSION (By Consent)

Case No. 91-79-JC Robert C. Horvath, P42046, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #14.

1) Suspension - 120 days; 2) Effective April 22, 1991. Respondent entered his plea of guilty in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan to transportation of a stolen motor vehicle, aiding and abetting in violation of 18 USC 2312 & 2. In accordance with MCR 9.120(A)(1), respondent's license to practice law was automatically suspended on April 22, 1991, the date of conviction.

The respondent and the grievance administrator filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline pursuant to MCR 9.115(F)(5) which was approved by the hearing panel and the Attorney Grievance Commission. On September 30, 1991, the hearing panel entered its order suspending respondent's license to practice law in Michigan for a period of 120 days. Costs were assessed in the amount of $210.58.
