NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)
Case No. 90-147-GA Gerald P. Dundas, P13014, Troy, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #14.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective March 9, 1991. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline pursuant to MCR 9.115 (F)(5) which was approved by the hearing panel and the Attorney Grievance Commission. In regard to certain patent applications respondent filed with the Patent Trademark Office, he knew that the persons named in the applications were not the original inventors and failed to inform the patent examiners of that fact when he prepared and filed the applications. Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.104(1-4) and the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct, 3.3(a)(1,2,4); 3.4(a-c); 4.1; and 8.4(a-c). Costs were assessed in the amount of $73.55.
